Facebook to build 'workplace network'

Facebook is all set to build a network where professionals would be able to connect and collaborate over work-related documents, according to a report from the Financial Times . Facebook at Work will be looking similar to its existing social network, but users can now keep their personal profiles separately. They can also chat with fellow colleagues, build their own professional networks and share important  documents. The product, which is reportedly under internal use at Facebook already, is most likely to emerge as strong competitor to existing services like Google Drive, Microsoft Office and LinkedIn.
